** Due to public health regulations we cannot except any returns unless they are:
  1. Mechanically Defective.
  2. Mechanically defective items will be promptly replaced.
  3. Unopened – a 25% restocking charge may be assessed for any return that is not mechanically defective.
  4. No refund will be issued for any product if it is not returned within 30 days of the original order date.
  5. No refunds will be issued for any videos or DVDs. Videos and dvds will only be replaced if they are defective.

How To Obtain A Return Authorization Number:
  1. Email us at sales with the following information to start the Process.
  2. Email must contain order number, date of purchase, reason for returning and the name as shown on the billing receipt. Upon receipt of this information an authorization number will be promptly emailed.

  4. Once a decision has been reached to issue any credits, your credit card or any other form of payment will be promptly credited.
  5. Any credits to be issued will take place within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.
